Where is my order confirmation email?

I will send two emails after you place an order:

  • An Order Confirmation Email right after your purchase.
  • A Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your package is on its way.

If you don’t see your order confirmation email, please:

  1. Check your Spam or Promotions folder first.
  2. If you checked out using your phone number instead of an email, you won’t receive confirmation emails.

👉 In that case, simply contact us and provide the email address you’d like linked to your order. I will update it so you can receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

When will I receive my package?

Delivery times depend on your exact location.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.
    ( If your product is low on stock, processing may be delayed by an extra 1–2 business days )

  • Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your region.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the journey.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, I will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.

You can use your tracking number to follow your package’s journey and see the most up-to-date delivery status.

Can I change my shipping address or order details after purchase?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes are only possible within a short window after purchase.

  • If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct information.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 1-hour cancellation window after your purchase.

  • If you wish to cancel, please contact our Customer Support within 1 hour of placing your order and provide your order number.
  • After this window has passed, your order will already be processing and can no longer be canceled.
